The GLOBALG.A.P. (or CoC) Chain of Custody standard applies to processing, packaging, distribution or logistics companies that handle GLOBALG.A.P. certified products.

It guarantees:

Full traceability of the product from the farm to the point of sale
The integrity of the certified product, without mixing with non-certified lots
Rigorous document management at each stage
