Tracklab is launching Autosync, our most powerful automation feature yet.

Autosync turns complex sets of supplier technical documents (Technical Data Sheets, Declarations, CoAs, Certificates, etc.) into structured, consistent data inside Tracklab. The goal isn’t to extract “a field from a single document,” but to rebuild reliable information by cross-checking multiple sources (versions, appendices, supporting evidence) to produce an actionable technical dossier with hundreds of validated and organized data points. Powered by AI agents dedicated to structuring, Tracklab accelerates pre-filling and data consolidation—delivering immediate ROI: less manual entry, fewer follow-ups, faster access to usable technical dossiers, and reduced risk from incomplete or outdated information.

Registering new raw materials: a recurring challenge for manufacturers

Without automation, collecting and ensuring compliance of technical data quickly becomes a scaling problem: ~3 hours of human work per dossier, plus back-and-forth with suppliers (missing info, inconsistencies, additional documents). Multiply those 3 hours across a large number of suppliers, materials, and references, and you quickly reach a volume that can require multiple FTEs just to keep dossiers up to date—and, most importantly, to let R&D teams focus on value (formulation, innovation, industrialization) instead of administrative work. (“3 hours” is field feedback, not a number stated in the presentation.)

How Autosync works

  1. The supplier uploads documents to the Tracklab portal
  2. Autosync analyzes the full document corpus and automatically structures information consistently (source cross-checking, consolidation
  3. The platform pre-fills the key fields in Tracklab
  4. Supplier validation (confirm/correct)
  5. Internal validation by your teams (Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, R&D, etc.)
  6. Generation of an actionable dossier (signed PDF) + use within Tracklab + export if needed

Concrete results

In the pilot, Autosync showed that in just a few minutes, the platform can automatically pre-fill a significant share of technical data with quality and completeness comparable to a human process. Beyond time savings for R&D and Quality, the impact is also strategic for Procurement: by lowering the operational cost of onboarding and referencing, Tracklab gives teams more flexibility to onboard new materials and suppliers faster—and adapt to market opportunities (pricing, availability, sourcing).

Finally, an important point: Tracklab developed Autosync in collaboration with multiple industrial companies, grounding the product in real-world use cases and operational constraints. Today, several pilots are already live with leading manufacturers.
