Shipping / Returns / Order Info 

 

U S   S H I P P I N G 

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 48-72 hours unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship through FEDEX, UPS and USPS. APO, FPO, and PO box addresses will be shipped with USPS. After leaving our facility USPS typically delivers in 5 business days for standard shipping. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. Some items may ship in separate boxes, but will not require additional shipping charges. 

Once the package has left TRACKLAB and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.
 

C A N A D I A N  SH I P P I N G 

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this.

Please keep in mind that what you pay online for your order does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to other countries at the moment.

 

O R D E R   C A N C E L L A T I O N S

We at TRACKLAB work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This, unfortunately, means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. 

 

O R D E R   I S S U E S

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@tracklab.co so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if an item is missing from your order. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement or a refund. 

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and is safe to use for the duration of their shelf-life.

Our current office hours are 9am-5pm EST seven days a week, excluding major holidays.

 

R E F U N D S  +  E X C H A N G E S 

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please contact us at hello@tracklab.co and we will send you a return label. Please pack the unused, unopened items safely back into the original packaging and use the return label provided. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed. 

 

G I F T   R E T U R N S

If you are wanting to return a TRACKLAB product that was given to you please contact us with in 30 days of receiving the gift at hello@tracklab.co in order to coordinate the return of the product(s). We do not offer refunds on gift but will happily provide you with a TRACKLAB store credit to be used within 1 year of it being issued.

Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the return in the form of store credit.

All prices are in USD. Payment for international orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.
